The Eemax EX023240TC is a 23 kW, 240 V Series Two electric tankless water heater that provides on-demand hot water for point-of-use and small commercial applications. The unit features a flow-activated thermostatic control, a 0.7–3 GPM operating range, and 3/4" NPT bottom-feed connections for integral plumbing. The compact, wall-mounted enclosure eliminates standby heat loss and supports continuous hot water delivery without a T&P valve.

  • Flow switch and thermostatic control enable on-demand operation and consistent outlet temperature
  • 23 kW at 240 V with 0.7–3 GPM flow range; recommended wiring 8 AWG and two breakers (nominal unit current ≈95.8 A)
