The ECM INDUSTRIES LLC PSW-165 is a white plastic coaxial cable staple designed for securing 1/4-inch coaxial cable runs along walls, studs, and framing members. Each staple uses a single nail drive for fast, one-handed installation without crushing the cable jacket or deforming the dielectric. This 50-pack is suited for residential low-voltage cable routing work including satellite, CATV, and antenna feed lines. Electricians, low-voltage technicians, and structured wiring installers commonly use staples of this type to maintain clean, code-compliant cable runs during rough-in or finish work.
This staple is appropriate for interior residential and light commercial installations where 1/4-inch coaxial cable must be secured at regular intervals along wood framing, baseboards, or similar surfaces. The white finish blends with standard interior trim. The bagged packaging keeps the 50-piece count organized on the job site and is suitable for both new construction and retrofit cable routing applications.
Designed as an OEM-style securing fastener for 1/4-inch coaxial cable used in residential and light commercial low-voltage wiring installations.
Low-voltage technicians and electricians install coaxial cable staples during rough-in or finish phases of construction. Drive the single nail into wood framing or trim using a hammer or pneumatic staple gun rated for the fastener size. Do not overdrive the staple — compressing the cable jacket can increase signal loss or damage the coaxial dielectric. Follow local low-voltage wiring codes and NEC guidelines for cable support spacing and routing.
