The ECM INDUSTRIES LLC ITC-RG-6 is a tool-less F-series coaxial connector designed for fast, reliable termination of RG-6 coaxial cable. Installation requires no crimping tool or compression tool. Strip the cable end, fold the braid back over the jacket, and push the cable directly into the connector body until seated. The connector locks onto the cable mechanically, making it well suited for field technicians, low-voltage installers, and cable service professionals who need repeatable results without carrying additional tooling on the job.

This connector is used in residential and light commercial low-voltage wiring applications where RG-6 coaxial cable is the standard medium. Typical install scenarios include satellite dish drops, antenna feed lines, and cable TV distribution systems. The push-in design speeds up multi-drop installations where a large number of terminations must be completed efficiently. Each package contains 2 connectors, and the unit is bagged for easy jobsite handling.

Installation Notes

Low-voltage technicians and cable installers handle this connector type. Before terminating, de-energize any active signal lines per local low-voltage wiring practices. Strip the cable to the manufacturer-specified prep length using a compatible stripping tool such as the GB SE-398, fold the braid back over the outer jacket, and push the prepped cable end firmly into the connector until fully seated. Do not force the connector onto improperly stripped cable ends, as this can compromise signal integrity.
