Designed as an OEM-style replacement heat shrink spade terminal for 16 to 14 AWG wiring applications using stud size 8 mounting points across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool service equipment.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified HVAC and equipment service technicians following applicable NEC requirements. De-energize and lock out the circuit before terminating or replacing any wiring connection. Strip the conductor to the appropriate length, insert fully into the terminal barrel, crimp to secure the wire, then apply heat evenly with a heat gun until the shrink sleeve contracts and the adhesive flows to form a seal. Do not use an open flame to activate the heat shrink material.
