The ECM INDUSTRIES LLC 75-111 is a 75-pack of vinyl-insulated, solderless spade terminals designed for secure, low-resistance wire terminations in electrical and control wiring applications. Each terminal features a vinyl-insulated barrel that accepts 22 to 18 AWG wire and fits a No. 4 to No. 6 stud. The assembly is rated for up to 600 volts maximum and carries a temperature rating of 167 degrees F (75 degrees C). UL approval confirms the terminals meet recognized safety standards. These terminals are a standard consumable for electricians and HVAC technicians performing control wiring, panel work, or equipment hookups.
Spade terminals in this AWG range are commonly used in residential and light commercial electrical work, HVAC control wiring, thermostat and low-voltage circuit connections, and appliance repair. The solderless, crimp-style design allows fast, repeatable terminations without specialized soldering equipment. The vinyl insulation provides electrical isolation and strain relief at the wire entry point. A pack quantity of 75 makes this suitable for service trucks, electrical panels, or shop stock where these connectors are used frequently.
Designed for use with 22 to 18 AWG wire on No. 4 to No. 6 stud connections in standard electrical, HVAC control, and low-voltage wiring applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or licensed HVAC technician in accordance with NEC requirements. De-energize and lock out the circuit before making any terminations. Use a calibrated wire crimping tool sized for the terminal barrel to ensure a solid, gas-tight crimp — do not solder over a crimped terminal. Inspect the insulation sleeve after crimping to confirm it has not cracked or split.
