The EATON PBCHICOX4 is a mineral wool fiber sealing compound in the Crouse-Hinds Chico X series, designed for use in conduit sealing fittings in hazardous location electrical installations. The fiber filler is packed into sealing fittings before the sealing compound is poured, creating a dam that holds the compound in place while it cures. This 2 oz package is sized for smaller jobs and single-fitting work. Licensed electricians and industrial maintenance technicians working in Class I and Class II hazardous locations rely on this product as a required component of a code-compliant conduit seal.

Chico X fiber sealing compound is used in conjunction with Chico A sealing compound in explosion-proof and dust-ignition-proof conduit sealing fittings.
