The EATON H2024-3 is a thermal overload relay heater element sold in a pack of three. It installs inside EATON overload relay blocks to protect motors and other electrical loads from sustained overcurrent and overheating conditions. When current through the circuit exceeds the rated threshold, the heater element generates enough heat to trip the relay, disconnecting the load before damage occurs. Licensed electricians and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers of this component in motor control center (MCC) and motor starter applications.

This heater element is used in commercial and industrial motor control applications. It fits into compatible EATON overload relay assemblies found in motor starters, combination starters, and control panel builds.
