Designed as an OEM-style molded case circuit breaker for use in compatible EATON panelboards and switchboards that accept EHD-frame breakers. Refer to the panelboard manufacturer specifications to confirm frame and interrupting rating compatibility before installation.
Installation must be performed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out the panelboard or switchboard before removing or installing any circuit breaker. Verify that the bus stab configuration and interrupting rating of the breaker match the requirements of the enclosure. Do not exceed the breaker ampere rating for the connected load.
