The EATON BR170 is a 1-pole, 70 Amp thermal magnetic circuit breaker designed for 120/240V applications. This Type BR 1-inch plug-on circuit breaker provides overcurrent protection with a 10 kA @ 120/240VAC interrupt rating. It is suitable for use in Type BR load centers, panelboards, or similar devices, accommodating #4-1/0 AWG copper or aluminum wiring. The breaker features a molded thermoset case and is HACR-rated for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration circuits.
