The EATON BA50E is a heavy-duty electrical box hanger designed for use with acoustical tee and T-bar suspended ceiling systems. This fastener supports electrical boxes mounted to ceiling grid members without requiring additional hardware in standard configurations. It carries up to 50 pounds when installed without a dedicated dropwire and up to 70 pounds when a dedicated dropwire is added. Constructed from pre-galvanized steel, the BA50E is built for corrosion resistance in commercial ceiling environments. Licensed electricians and commercial electrical contractors are the primary installers of this hardware.

The BA50E is used in commercial and light industrial suspended ceiling applications where electrical boxes must be securely fastened to acoustical tee or T-bar grid systems.
