The EATON 2092-4-4S is a stainless steel industrial pipe tee designed for high-pressure fluid and gas line applications. Configured as MNPT x FNPT x FNPT, it accepts a 1/4-inch male NPT run connection and two 1/4-inch female NPT branch and outlet connections. The fitting is rated to a maximum working pressure of 7,000 psi and handles temperatures from -65 degrees F to 400 degrees F, making it suitable for demanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation service. Fabricated from stainless steel, the tee resists corrosion in harsh environments. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and hydraulic technicians are the typical installers for this class of fitting.
This tee is used in industrial process lines, hydraulic systems, instrumentation tubing manifolds, and high-pressure fluid distribution assemblies. The MNPT x FNPT x FNPT configuration allows the fitting to thread onto a male-threaded pipe or port on the run side while accepting female-threaded connections at the branch and outlet ports. It is suited for both stationary and mobile hydraulic equipment, as well as compressed gas and chemical process plumbing where stainless material compatibility is required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation tee fitting for industrial pipe systems using 1/4-inch NPT threaded connections rated for high-pressure hydraulic, pneumatic, or instrumentation service.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or qualified hydraulic technician in accordance with applicable codes such as the IPC or ASME B31.1. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any threaded fitting. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the media and pressure rating to the male threads; do not over-tighten, as stainless steel threads are susceptible to galling. Verify all connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
