The EATON 2033-6-6S is a steel flared tube union tee fitting designed for hydraulic and fluid-transfer lines operating under high pressure. It accepts 3/8 inch OD tubing on all three ports with a 37-degree flare connection and a 9/16-18 SAE thread. The fitting is rated to 4000 psi maximum working pressure and handles a temperature range of -65 degrees F to 400 degrees F. It is sold as a single unit and is intended for installation by licensed plumbers, hydraulic technicians, and fluid-systems mechanics working on industrial, mobile, or stationary equipment.
The 2033-6-6S suits applications where a single fluid line must branch into two outlets or where three flared-tube lines must be joined at one point. Typical installations include hydraulic systems, pneumatic circuits, refrigeration lines, and fuel-transfer systems that require a reliable, high-pressure tee junction. The 37-degree SAE flare geometry is standard across a wide range of OEM and aftermarket fluid-line assemblies, making this fitting a practical choice for new construction and repair work alike.
Designed as a standard SAE 37-degree flare union tee for 3/8 inch OD tubing in hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and refrigeration line assemblies conforming to SAE 070401.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or fluid-systems technician. Depressurize and drain the fluid line completely before removing any fitting. Inspect the tube flare for cracks or deformation before assembly, and ensure the 37-degree flare seat is clean and free of debris to achieve a proper metal-to-metal seal. Tighten fittings to the tool-wrench stage only; do not over-torque, as this can damage the flare seat and cause leaks.
