The EATON 202702-16-16S is a steel flared tube straight thread connector designed for high-pressure hydraulic and fluid system applications. It features a 37-degree flare on the tube end and a male SAE O-Ring Boss (ORB) thread on the opposite end, providing a reliable, leak-resistant connection between flared tubing and ORB-ported components. The connector has an outside diameter of 1 inch, an inside diameter of 0.84 inches, and an overall length of 2.04 inches. Rated to 6,000 psi maximum working pressure, it is built for demanding service in industrial, mobile hydraulic, and fluid power systems. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit fitting for hydraulic and fluid power systems using 1-inch OD flared tubing terminated to SAE O-Ring Boss ported components conforming to SAE 070120.
