The EATON 10Z-610-BG is a female JIC 37-degree swivel fitting designed for hydraulic hose assemblies in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Constructed from steel, this straight fitting accepts a 10 mm hose size with a 0.63-inch inside diameter and a 0.63-inch outside diameter. The 7/8-14 threaded connection conforms to SAE J1176, ensuring a reliable, leak-resistant joint under working pressures typical of mid-range hydraulic circuits. At 2.77 inches in overall length, it is a compact, direct-replacement fitting suited for field repairs and shop builds alike. Installation is performed by licensed hydraulic technicians and experienced fluid-power mechanics.
This fitting is used in hydraulic hose routing applications where a female JIC 37-degree swivel end is required on one side of the assembly. The straight profile keeps routing simple in tight plumbing runs. It is appropriate for both OEM assembly and aftermarket replacement across a range of compatible Eaton hose series and hydraulic equipment using JIC 37-degree flare connections in residential, commercial, and light-industrial mobile equipment.
Designed for use with the following Eaton hose series: EC110, EC115, EC118, EC210, EC215, H0105 (-06 thru -12, -20), H0106 (-04 thru -10), H104, H115 (-04 thru -20), H116 (-04, -06, -08), H145, H145R, H1571 (-12 only), H1776 (-04 thru -20), H1777 (-04, -06, -08), H1812 (-04 thru -20), H190, H190H, and H1981 (-04).
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or fluid-power mechanic familiar with JIC 37-degree flare fittings. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before removing or installing any fittings. Use appropriate flare-nut wrenches to avoid deforming the swivel body; do not use pipe wrenches on the swivel hex. Torque to the fitting manufacturer specification listed in the service documentation for the host equipment.
