The EATON 05706B-102 is a male rigid barbed hose fitting machined from brass, designed to create a secure, leak-resistant connection between threaded pipe and flexible hose in fluid-handling systems. The male end features a 1/8 inch NPTF thread, which provides a pressure-tight mechanical seal without the need for additional sealant tape in many applications. The barbed end accepts 3/8 inch inside diameter hose. With an overall length of 1.34 inches and a hex head size of 0.5 inches, this fitting is compact and compatible with standard wrenches. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid-system installers use this type of fitting in low-pressure lines, equipment connections, and instrumentation tubing runs.
