The Eastman 60248 is a recessed center-drain washing machine outlet box that provides a 1/2 inch sweat inlet and a 3/4 inch male hose thread outlet for residential washer connections. The one-piece unit is constructed of high-impact, non-corrosive plastic with a powder-coated finish, includes 1/4-turn hot and cold ball valves, and accommodates 1-inch drywall. The box is UPC approved and includes a pre-installed support bracket and faceplate cover.
