The EAGLE CUTTING TOOL SDS4350-7500-24-D is an SDS-plus masonry drill bit built for rotary hammer drilling into concrete, block, brick, and other masonry substrates. The bit features a delta-style carbide tip geometry designed to reduce heat buildup and improve chip evacuation during drilling. At 24 inches overall length with a 3/4-inch diameter, this bit handles deep-penetration applications such as anchor bolt holes, conduit sleeves, and structural through-penetrations. Electricians, HVAC installers, and plumbers routinely reach for a bit in this configuration when core anchoring or pipe sleeve work is required through poured concrete or CMU walls.
This bit is suited for use in residential and commercial construction and service environments wherever an SDS-plus rotary hammer is the specified tool. The 24-inch overall length makes it well suited for deep-set anchor holes and through-wall penetrations in walls of significant thickness. The 3/4-inch diameter matches common sleeve anchor and drop-in anchor specifications frequently specified on mechanical and electrical drawings.
Designed for use with SDS-plus rotary hammers. Compatible with standard SDS-plus chuck systems common across major rotary hammer platforms.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tradesperson familiar with rotary hammer operation and applicable codes. Confirm the SDS-plus shank is fully seated and locked in the rotary hammer chuck before drilling. Wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and hearing protection when operating rotary hammer equipment. Do not use this bit in a standard drill chuck or SDS-max tool without a proper adapter confirmation.
