The EAGLE CUTTING TOOL SDS4350-4375-6-D is an SDS-shank masonry drill bit engineered for rotary hammer applications in concrete, block, brick, and similar hard masonry substrates. The bit measures 7/16 inch in diameter with an overall length (OAL) of 6-5/8 inches, providing adequate reach for through-anchor and anchor-bolt installations in standard wall and slab applications. The delta-style carbide tip geometry promotes aggressive cutting and efficient dust clearance, reducing bit walkout and improving hole roundness in hard materials. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, and general contractors use bits in this class when setting anchors, running conduit, or penetrating structural masonry.
This bit is suited for residential and light commercial masonry work where an SDS-plus rotary hammer is the tool of choice. Typical applications include setting threaded rod anchors, drop-in anchors, and sleeve anchors in poured concrete or CMU block, as well as drilling penetrations for pipe, conduit, or duct sleeves through masonry walls. The 6-5/8 inch OAL accommodates most standard wall-thickness penetrations without an extension.
Designed for use with SDS-plus rotary hammers as an OEM-style masonry bit for concrete, brick, and block drilling applications.
Install this bit into a compatible SDS-plus rotary hammer by fully inserting the shank until it locks, then confirm it is seated before applying load. Wear appropriate eye and respiratory protection when drilling masonry, as silica dust is generated during use. Do not use in rotation-only mode on a hammer drill set to hammer-and-rotation for non-masonry materials, as this can damage the carbide tip. Verify the required anchor hole diameter and depth against the anchor manufacturer specifications before drilling.
