The EAGLE CUTTING TOOL SDS4350-4375-12-D is an SDS-shank masonry drill bit engineered for rotary hammer drilling into concrete, block, brick, and similar masonry substrates. With a 7/16-inch diameter and a 12-inch overall length, this bit reaches deep into structural materials where standard drill bits fall short. The SDS shank delivers positive drive engagement in SDS-compatible rotary hammers, reducing slippage and improving drilling efficiency. Masonry contractors, concrete workers, and HVAC or plumbing trades drilling penetrations through concrete walls and slabs are the primary users of this bit.
This bit is suited for applications requiring deep-reach masonry penetrations, such as anchor bolt holes, conduit or pipe sleeve openings, and through-wall pass-throughs in residential and light commercial construction. The 12-inch overall length makes it practical for full-thickness CMU block walls and thick concrete slabs where shorter bits cannot reach the required depth. Its 7/16-inch diameter is a common size for sleeve anchors and threaded rod anchor installations.
Designed for use with SDS-chuck rotary hammers; fits any tool with a standard SDS bit interface.
Installation should be performed by qualified tradespeople familiar with rotary hammer operation and applicable building codes. Always wear eye protection and a dust mask when drilling masonry, as silica dust is a respiratory hazard. Confirm the drill path is clear of embedded rebar, conduit, and post-tension cables before drilling. Secure the bit firmly in the SDS chuck and verify the tool is set to the correct mode for the application before beginning.
