The E-FLEX 22104 is a gray PVC liquidtight flexible conduit supplied in a 500-foot continuous coil. Designed to protect electrical wiring in wet, damp, and outdoor environments, this conduit provides a watertight seal that meets the demands of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical installations. The 0.75-inch trade size accommodates standard wire bundles routed through areas exposed to moisture, oils, and mechanical vibration. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors rely on liquidtight flexible conduit where rigid conduit cannot accommodate equipment movement, vibration, or tight-radius routing.
The E-FLEX 22104 is suited for use in HVAC equipment connections, pump and motor installations, compressor wiring, and outdoor electrical enclosures where moisture intrusion is a concern. The 500-foot reel length makes it practical for large commercial and industrial projects requiring extended conduit runs. Its gray color is standard for PVC liquidtight and is appropriate for general-purpose electrical and mechanical system applications across both new construction and retrofit work.
Designed as a standard 0.75-inch trade-size liquidtight flexible non-metallic conduit (LFNC) for use with compatible liquidtight straight and angled fittings in electrical wiring systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NFPA 70 (NEC) Article 356, which governs liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit. De-energize all circuits before beginning conduit installation and securing. Use only listed liquidtight fittings rated for the conduit trade size and application environment to maintain the watertight integrity of the assembly. Avoid exceeding the conduit manufacturer's minimum bend radius to prevent kinking or reduced wire-pull clearance.
