The Dynamic 13007-01 thermocouple is an 18-inch snap-fit sensor that produces 20-30 millivolts and serves as a replacement thermocouple for commercial cooking equipment. It detects pilot flames and generates a millivolt signal used by gas valves to maintain or stop gas flow as part of an ignition safety system. The part is identified with the 1980 Series and is sold as a single unit for direct replacement in listed appliance models.
