The DYNAFLUX 397-4X1 is a liquid pine resin anti-spatter formulated to prevent weld spatter from adhering to base metals, nozzles, fixtures, and surrounding work surfaces. Supplied in a 1-gallon jug, this brown liquid is applied to metal surfaces before welding to reduce cleanup time and protect tooling. It is a standard consumable in welding and metal fabrication shops where MIG and flux-core processes generate significant spatter. Welders and fabricators use it to extend the service life of contact tips and nozzles while keeping workpieces clean for downstream finishing operations.
This product is suited for production welding environments in both light industrial and heavy fabrication settings. It is commonly used on structural steel, sheet metal, and general fabrication work where spatter buildup on fixtures or finished surfaces creates rework. The 1-gallon container size supports bench-side dispensing for individual welding stations or can be decanted into smaller applicator bottles for handheld use on the shop floor.
Designed as a general-purpose anti-spatter consumable compatible with MIG, flux-core, and similar arc welding processes on ferrous and non-ferrous base metals.
Apply to clean, dry metal surfaces, nozzles, and fixtures before initiating the welding arc. Avoid contact with eyes and skin; consult the product safety data sheet before use and ensure adequate ventilation in the work area. Keep container sealed when not in use to prevent evaporation and contamination.
