The DYNABRADE 54403 is a pneumatic handheld disc sander built for production sanding, surface prep, and finishing work in trade and industrial environments. It operates at 18,000 RPM and accepts a 3-inch disc, making it well suited for tight-access sanding on fabricated parts, welds, and contoured surfaces. The tool runs at 90 psi with a 1/4-inch inlet and delivers 0.7 horsepower through 41 CFM of airflow. Exhaust exits at the rear of the tool, directing spent air away from the work surface and the operator. Installed by metal fabricators, industrial maintenance techs, and body shop professionals.

The 54403 is designed for spot sanding and material removal tasks where a compact 3-inch disc gives better control than larger format grinders. The rear exhaust configuration makes it practical in enclosed workspaces or when working close to panels and assemblies.
