The DYNABRADE 54400 is a pneumatic handheld disc sander built for high-speed material removal, surface preparation, and finishing work. Running at 18,000 RPM and powered by a 90 psi compressed air supply, it delivers 0.70 horsepower through a 3/8-24 spindle to a 3 inch diameter backup pad. The rear exhaust design routes spent air away from the work surface and the operator. This tool is intended for use by trade professionals, fabricators, and finishing technicians who require consistent, repeatable sanding performance in production or field environments.

The 54400 is suited for metalworking, bodywork, composite finishing, and surface prep applications where a compact 3 inch disc format is appropriate.
