The DYNABRADE 54369 is an angle air die grinder designed for precision material removal, deburring, porting, and surface finishing in industrial and trade environments. Powered by compressed air at 90 psig, it delivers up to 12,000 RPM and 0.7 horsepower through a lever-style throttle for controlled operation. The rear exhaust directs airflow away from the workpiece and operator. At 2.8 pounds, the 54369 is compact enough for confined-area work while maintaining the power output required for continuous production use. Metalworking fabricators, machinists, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians are the primary installers and operators of this tool.
The DYNABRANE 54369 is suited for metalworking shops, fabrication facilities, maintenance bays, and industrial production lines where precise grinding, deburring, or porting is performed on metal, composites, or similar materials. The angle head configuration allows access to recessed areas and tight geometries that straight-body grinders cannot reach. The included 1/4 inch and 6 mm collet inserts accommodate a wide range of mounted points and burrs commonly used across trades.
Accepts standard 1/4 inch and 6 mm shank mounted points, carbide burrs, and grinding accessories. Designed for use with compressed air systems supplying 90 psig; confirm supply line capacity of 39 CFM before installation.
Installation and operation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with pneumatic tool safety practices. Shut off and bleed the compressed air supply before attaching or changing collets or accessories. Verify that the air supply pressure does not exceed the rated 90 psig to avoid overspeed conditions. Inspect air fittings, hoses, and the collet nut for secure connection before each use.
