The 53868 is designed for use in industrial, automotive body shop, and manufacturing environments where consistent high-speed disc sanding is required. It accepts 7-inch abrasive discs and ships with a 51151 backing pad measuring 7 inches (178 mm) in diameter, along with a flange.
