The DYNABRADE 53501 is a straight extended-length air die grinder designed for precision grinding, deburring, and surface finishing in tight or deep-access areas. Powered by compressed air at 90 psig, it delivers up to 0.5 hp and runs at up to 18,000 RPM, making it well suited for material removal on metal, composites, and similar workpieces. The lever throttle provides responsive speed control. Rear exhaust directs airflow away from the work surface and operator. This tool is intended for use by machinists, fabricators, maintenance technicians, and other trade professionals working in industrial and manufacturing environments.

The 53501 is built for applications where a standard-length die grinder cannot reach, including internal bore work, weld cleanup in confined spaces, mold and die finishing, and porting work. It accepts a 1/4 inch collet insert (01485) and a 6 mm collet insert (01497), both included, with optional compatibility for a 1/8 inch collet insert (01495). It is appropriate for both production floor and maintenance repair operations where consistent air supply is available.

Installation Notes
