The DYNABRADE 52632 is a pneumatic angle grinder built for demanding metal fabrication and maintenance work. It accepts Type 27 wheels up to 4-1/2 inches in diameter and runs at 12,000 RPM at a rated supply pressure of 90 psi. Air consumption is 43 CFM through a 3/8-inch inlet, with exhaust routed to the rear to keep debris and airflow away from the operator. The 5/8-11 spindle is the standard thread for Type 27 grinding wheels, cutting wheels, and flap discs. A side handle and integrated wheel guard come included, along with a backup flange and locking flange. Licensed contractors, fabricators, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary users.
The 52632 is suited for fast weld and stock removal, heavy deburring, and rust and scale removal on structural steel, pipe, plate, and fabricated assemblies. At 10 inches overall length, it fits standard grinder vise and hand-hold techniques on flat, vertical, and overhead surfaces. Rear exhaust keeps the work area cleaner and reduces operator fatigue on sustained grinding passes. This grinder is appropriate for both shop and field use wherever a reliable compressed-air supply at 90 psi is available.
Designed for use with Type 27 grinding wheels and accessories with a 5/8-11 spindle thread. Requires a compressed-air supply capable of delivering 90 psi and at least 43 CFM through a 3/8-inch air line connection.
This tool is installed and serviced by qualified pneumatic tool technicians or experienced fabricators familiar with angle grinder safety requirements. Always depressurize and disconnect the air supply before mounting or changing wheels. Ensure the wheel guard is securely fitted and rated for the wheel type and maximum RPM before operation. Follow ANSI B11.9 and applicable OSHA standards for abrasive wheel machinery when operating or servicing this grinder.
