The DYNABRADE 52213 is a lever-throttle angle air die grinder built for precision material removal, deburring, porting, and surface finishing in tight spaces where inline tools cannot reach. Powered by compressed air at 90 psig and rated at 0.5 horsepower, it spins up to 24,000 RPM with a speed range starting at 18,000 RPM, giving operators consistent control across a variety of abrasive accessories. The front exhaust design redirects airflow away from the workpiece, keeping debris and chips clear of the cutting zone. Collet inserts for 1/4 inch and 6 mm shanks are included in the box.

The 52213 is suited for metalworking, fabrication, and maintenance applications in both shop and field environments. Compatibility

Accepts 1/4 inch (collet insert 50013) and 6 mm (collet insert 50016) shank accessories. Also fits optional 1/8 inch (50065), 3/8 inch (50014), and 8 mm (50039) collet inserts sold separately.

Installation Notes

Installation and operation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with pneumatic tooling. Before mounting or changing collet inserts or accessories, disconnect the air supply and verify line pressure is at zero. Operate at the rated supply pressure of 90 psig and ensure the air line includes a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) unit to protect internal components and extend tool life. Follow applicable OSHA and ANSI abrasive wheel safety standards when selecting and mounting grinding accessories.
