The DYNABRADE 51303 is a straight-handle air die grinder built for grinding, deburring, porting, and surface blending in metalworking and fabrication environments. It accepts a 1/4 inch collet and runs at 24000 RPM, powered by a 0.5 HP air motor. The tool requires a 90 psi supply at 26 CFM and features a front exhaust orientation that directs airflow away from the work surface. At 1.5 pounds, it is light enough for extended overhead or confined-space use. Installed by machinists, tool and die technicians, and general fabrication professionals, the 51303 suits both production floor and maintenance applications.
The 51303 is designed for straight-line grinding and finishing tasks where a compact, lightweight pneumatic tool is needed. Its 7 inch overall length fits comfortably in tight clearances around fixtures and weldments. The front exhaust design keeps debris and airflow directed forward, away from the operator, making it a practical choice for close-tolerance deburring, die work, and porting on ferrous and non-ferrous materials in both shop and field settings.
Designed as an OEM-style pneumatic die grinder accepting standard 1/4 inch shank mounted points and rotary files compatible with straight-handle air die grinders operating at 90 psi shop air supply.
Installation and operation of pneumatic tools should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with compressed air safety practices. Before mounting or changing a collet accessory, disconnect the air supply hose completely. Verify the air supply regulator is set to the rated 90 psi and that the inline air line is equipped with a filter-regulator-lubricator to protect the motor. Do not exceed the rated speed of any mounted abrasive accessory installed in the tool.
