The DYNABRADE 50324 is a pneumatic handheld disc sander designed for grinding, finishing, and surface preparation tasks in industrial and trade environments. Powered by compressed air at 90 psi and consuming 32 CFM, it delivers 0.7 hp and spins up to 11,000 RPM. The 1/4 NPT inlet connects to standard shop air lines. The rear exhaust directs spent air away from the work surface, reducing debris blowback at the operator. Weighing 2.2 pounds, it is light enough for extended overhead and vertical work. Licensed trades and general industrial workers rely on this sander for metal fabrication, body work, and similar abrasive finishing applications.
This sander accepts 4-inch diameter discs (102 mm) and ships with a 50192 Locking-Type Pad at 4-inch diameter. It is suited for single-operator handheld use in fabrication shops, automotive service bays, and general industrial maintenance settings where a reliable compressed-air supply at 90 psi is available. The compact disc size makes it effective for contoured surfaces, tight quarters, and spot finishing work that larger grinders cannot access easily.
Accepts 4-inch diameter abrasive discs (102 mm). Includes the DYNABRADE 50192 Locking-Type Pad. Designed as an OEM-matched replacement or direct addition to any pneumatic tool setup requiring a 4-inch handheld disc sander with a 1/4 NPT inlet.
Installation and operation should be performed by personnel familiar with pneumatic hand tools and applicable OSHA compressed-air safety requirements. Shut off and bleed the air supply line before attaching or removing the sander from the air circuit. Verify that the supply pressure does not exceed 90 psi at the inlet to avoid overspeed conditions. Always inspect the disc and locking pad for damage before each use and confirm the disc is rated for the RPM of this tool.
