It accepts abrasive discs ranging from 4.5 to 5 inches in diameter and operates at 8,000 RPM, delivering 0.7 hp from a compressed air supply at 90 psi with an air consumption of 30 CFM. The inlet is a standard 1/4 NPT fitting. The lever-style throttle gives operators precise speed control during use. This tool is suited for fabrication shops, metal finishing lines, and general industrial maintenance tasks performed by machinists, welders, and skilled trade technicians.

This tool is installed and operated by machinists, fabricators, and industrial maintenance technicians. Before connecting to an air supply, verify the line pressure is regulated to 90 psi and that the CFM capacity of the compressor and lines meets or exceeds 30 CFM to avoid performance loss. Use a properly sized air fitting at the 1/4 NPT inlet and ensure all connections are secure before use. Always mount the abrasive disc according to the disc pad assembly instructions and inspect the disc for damage before each use.
