The DWYER WNT-A-C-06 is a multi-jet water meter designed for accurate flow measurement of potable water in residential and light commercial plumbing systems. Built with a brass body, it handles flow rates from 3 to 50 GPM and operates at supply voltages of 24 VAC or 24 VDC. The meter produces a 0.1 gallon pulse output for integration with building automation systems, energy management platforms, or data loggers. NSF certification confirms suitability for use on potable water lines. Licensed plumbers and mechanical contractors install this meter where submetering or consumption monitoring is required.
The WNT-A-C-06 is sized for 1-inch pipe connections, making it appropriate for branch or main service lines in residential buildings, apartment submetering applications, and light commercial facilities. It is well suited for installations where pulse-output metering feeds into a BMS, flow totalizer, or utility monitoring panel. Maximum operating temperature is 122 degrees F, which covers standard domestic cold and warm water service conditions.
Designed for use on 1-inch potable water piping systems. Compatible with data acquisition equipment, flow totalizers, and building automation controllers that accept a 0.1 gallon pulse signal at 24 VAC or 24 VDC.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure completely before cutting into the pipe or making any connections. Verify flow direction markings on the meter body before final installation, as reverse flow will produce inaccurate readings. Electrical connections to the pulse output terminals should follow NEC low-voltage wiring guidelines and match the 24 VAC or 24 VDC supply of the receiving device.
