The DWYER WNT-A-C-02 is a multi-jet water meter designed for accurate flow measurement in potable water systems. Built with a brass body, it handles flow rates from 1 to 20 GPM and accepts supply voltage of 24 VAC or 24 VDC. The meter produces a 0.1 gallon pulse output, making it well suited for integration with building automation systems, data loggers, or energy management controllers. It is NSF certified for use with potable water, confirming it meets established standards for drinking water contact materials. Plumbing contractors and utility metering technicians are the primary installers.
This meter is intended for residential and light commercial plumbing applications where accurate water consumption data is required. With a 3/4 inch pipe size connection and a 5/8 by 3/4 inch meter sizing, it fits common residential service line configurations. The 0.1 gallon per pulse resolution supports sub-metering setups in multi-tenant buildings, irrigation monitoring, and process water tracking. Maximum operating temperature is 122 degrees F, keeping it appropriate for cold and warm water service lines but not high-temperature hydronic systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install water meter for 3/4 inch potable water service lines in residential and light commercial plumbing systems where a pulse-output multi-jet meter is required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before removing any existing meter or fittings. Observe flow direction markings on the meter body and install inline with proper orientation. Verify that supply voltage matches the meter specification before connecting pulse output wiring to any controller or data logger.
