The DWYER 32A010 is a 1/32 DIN digital temperature and process controller designed for industrial and commercial HVAC, process heating, and environmental control applications. It accepts a universal sensor input, allowing technicians to connect thermocouples or RTDs without changing hardware. The unit operates on 100 to 240 volts AC and uses fuzzy logic PID control to deliver stable, accurate temperature regulation up to 4208 degrees F. A dual 4-digit LCD provides clear process and setpoint readout at a glance. Licensed HVAC technicians and industrial controls specialists are the primary installers.
This controller is suited for residential and commercial process control panels, OEM equipment, and retrofit installations where a compact 1/32 DIN footprint is required. The universal sensor input makes it adaptable across a wide range of temperature sensing configurations. Output is via AC solid-state relay, which is appropriate for loads requiring quiet, wear-free switching. The dual-scale display supports both Fahrenheit and Celsius readout, reducing conversion errors on multi-unit job sites.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation controller for 1/32 DIN panel cutouts in temperature and process control applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician or licensed industrial controls electrician familiar with low-voltage control wiring and NEC panel requirements. Disconnect and lock out all power to the control panel before removing or installing the controller. Verify sensor type and wiring configuration against the controller documentation before energizing. Do not apply power until all wiring connections are secured and the unit is fully seated in its panel cutout.
