The DWYER 26010 is a quarter-DIN digital temperature and process controller designed for industrial and commercial HVAC, process control, and building automation applications. It accepts a universal sensor input, making it compatible with a wide range of thermocouple and RTD types without requiring a dedicated input card. The controller features a dual 4-digit LCD display and uses fuzzy logic PID control to regulate output signals with precision. It operates on a wide supply voltage range of 100 to 240 volts, accommodating both single-phase and international power sources. Output is via SSR (solid state relay) drive signal. Licensed HVAC technicians and instrumentation technicians are the typical installers.
The DWYER 26010 is suited for residential, light commercial, and industrial process control installations where tight temperature regulation is required. Common applications include duct temperature control, process heating and cooling loops, and equipment protection circuits. The universal sensor input simplifies retrofits and new installations by eliminating the need to specify a single sensor type at the time of ordering. The quarter-DIN form factor fits standard panel cutouts common in control panels and equipment enclosures.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation controller for quarter-DIN panel cutouts in temperature and process control applications.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician or instrumentation technician. De-energize the control panel and lock out all power sources before wiring the controller. Follow NEC guidelines for control wiring in panel enclosures. Verify sensor type selection and output configuration in the controller menu before returning the system to service.
