The DWYER 16A2151 is a 1/16 DIN digital temperature and process controller designed for precision thermal management in industrial and commercial HVAC, process heating, and building automation applications. It accepts a universal sensor input, making it compatible with a wide range of thermocouple and RTD sensor types without requiring a dedicated input module. The controller operates on 100 to 240 volts AC and uses fuzzy logic PID control to maintain accurate setpoint regulation up to 4,208 degrees F. Output is via AC solid-state relay (SSR) drive. A dual 4-digit LCD display provides simultaneous readout of process value and setpoint.
This controller fits installations where a compact 1/16 DIN panel-mount footprint is required.
