The DURAVENT 810003094 is a FasNSeal single-wall stainless steel vent pipe section rated for use in Category II, III, and IV gas appliance venting systems. Constructed from AL29-4C stainless steel, this pipe measures 3 inches in diameter and 2 feet in length. It carries a maximum operating temperature rating of 480 degrees F and is listed to UL 1738, the standard for venting systems for gas-burning appliances. Licensed HVAC technicians and gas appliance installers use this pipe to build or extend vent runs on high-efficiency condensing furnaces, boilers, and water heaters that produce low-temperature, corrosive flue gases.
This vent pipe section is designed for residential and light commercial applications where corrosion-resistant AL29-4C stainless steel construction is required. It is suited for use in negative-pressure venting systems that terminate outdoors. The 3-inch diameter and 2-foot length make it a standard building-block section for straight vent runs and for connecting to compatible FasNSeal elbows, tees, and terminations. It is appropriate for condensing appliances that exhaust acidic condensate-laden flue gases at temperatures up to 480 degrees F.
Designed for use within the DURAVENT FasNSeal single-wall stainless steel venting system. Intended for Category II, III, and IV gas-burning appliances requiring UL 1738 listed vent pipe.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician or gas appliance installer following the appliance manufacturer's instructions and applicable local mechanical codes. Shut off gas supply and power to the appliance before beginning any vent system work. Ensure all joints are fully engaged and sealed per the FasNSeal system requirements. Verify that the complete vent system configuration meets the appliance manufacturer's listed venting specifications before returning the appliance to service.
