The DURA PLASTIC PVC40COUP4 is a 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC slip x slip coupling designed for pressure piping systems. It joins two lengths of 4-inch PVC pipe using solvent-cement connections on both ends. This fitting is built to Schedule 40 pressure ratings, making it suitable for water distribution, irrigation, and industrial fluid systems. Plumbers, pipefitters, and pool service technicians are the typical installers. The slip-on socket design accepts standard 4-inch PVC pipe OD on each side, providing a straightforward in-line connection without threading.
