The DUPONT TY125SWH5X0025VP is a disposable coverall made from Tyvek 400, a flash-spun high-density polyethylene nonwoven fabric manufactured by DuPont. At 1.2 oz per square yard and 5.90 mil material thickness, the garment provides particle protection while remaining lightweight enough for extended wear. The zipper front closure includes a stormflap, and both the cuffs and ankles feature elastic for a secure fit. The serged seam construction adds durability at stress points. These coveralls are sold in a case of 25 units and are sized at 5X-Large with a 33.5-inch inseam. They are intended for use by maintenance workers, industrial laborers, painters, and remediation crews who require single-use protective outerwear.
These coveralls are suited for environments where particle contamination, overspray, or light hazardous material exposure is a concern. Rated for non-cleanroom ISO class applications, they are appropriate for lead and asbestos abatement and remediation work, spray painting operations, general facility maintenance, and post-incident cleanup. The Tyvek 400 material meets multiple ASTM and AATCC standards as well as EN 1149-1 for electrostatic properties and OSHA 16 CFR 1610 for flammability. The case quantity of 25 suits bulk job-site deployment where disposable garments are consumed at high frequency.
Designed for non-cleanroom industrial and remediation applications including lead and asbestos abatement, spray painting, general maintenance operations, and general clean-up tasks where disposable particle-barrier coveralls are required.
Donning and doffing of disposable coveralls in hazardous abatement settings should follow site-specific safety protocols and applicable OSHA regulations. Inspect each garment for tears or defects before use. Do not reuse garments after exposure to lead dust, asbestos, or other regulated contaminants. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with local environmental and hazardous waste regulations.
