The DUPONT TY125SHV6X0025XC is a disposable Tyvek 500 HV coverall designed for particle protection in industrial, maintenance, and trade service environments. Constructed from 1.2 oz Tyvek 500 HV material, the suit offers lightweight protection against non-hazardous particulates and carries anti-static properties per EN 1149-1. The fluorescent orange color with silver-grey retroreflective banding provides daytime and low-light visibility on active job sites. Elastic wrists and ankles seal out particulates, while the serged seam construction adds durability without adding significant weight. A front zipper closure allows for fast donning and doffing. This coverall is packaged 25 units per case and sold as a case of 25.
This coverall is suited for residential and commercial applications where particle contamination control is required. Typical use cases include HVAC duct work, attic insulation handling, fiberglass work, spray painting preparation, and general facility maintenance where workers need a barrier against airborne particulates. The 6X-Large size accommodates larger frame technicians who require full range of motion on the job. The mandarin collar and elasticated closures help prevent particles from entering at openings during overhead or confined-space work. ISO Non-Cleanroom classification makes this appropriate for general industrial environments rather than controlled cleanroom settings.
Designed as a single-use, disposable outer garment for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general industrial applications where ISO Non-Cleanroom particle protection is required. Not rated for hazardous chemical splash or CBRN applications.
Disposable coveralls require no tools for donning. Inspect each unit for tears or defects before use, and discard any damaged suits. Follow site-specific PPE protocols and applicable OSHA regulations when determining appropriate protective garment level for the task. After use in contaminated environments, dispose of the suit in accordance with local waste disposal requirements before removing other PPE to avoid cross-contamination.
