The DUPONT TY125SHV5X0025XC is a disposable Tyvek 500 HV coverall engineered for particle protection and enhanced visibility in industrial and trade environments. Built in size 5X-Large with a zipper front closure, the garment features a mandarin collar, elasticated wrists and ankles, and serged seams for consistent fit and basic particulate barrier performance. The fluorescent orange shell includes silver-grey retroreflective bands, providing both daytime and nighttime visibility for workers in low-light or high-traffic conditions. Each case contains 25 individually packaged coveralls. The lightweight 1.2 oz material keeps the garment manageable during extended wear without sacrificing protection class.
This coverall is suited for residential and commercial jobsite applications where particle protection and anti-static performance are required. Typical use cases include HVAC duct cleaning, insulation removal, attic work, light demolition, and general maintenance tasks where workers need single-use protection from dust and airborne particles. The high-visibility coloring makes these coveralls appropriate for any worksite with traffic exposure. They meet ISO Non-Cleanroom class requirements, making them suitable for general industrial use rather than controlled cleanroom environments.
Designed as a single-use particle protection coverall for general industrial and trade applications classified as Non-Cleanroom ISO class, suitable for HVAC, insulation, maintenance, and light construction tasks requiring disposable PPE.
Disposable coveralls should be donned before entering the work area and removed carefully to avoid self-contamination, turning the garment inside-out during removal. Inspect the zipper closure and seam integrity before each use. These garments are single-use only and should be disposed of per local regulations for contaminated PPE or particulate waste. No tools are required for donning; however, gloves and respiratory protection may be required by site safety plans or OSHA standards depending on the specific hazard present.
