The DUPONT TY120SWH4X0025NF is a disposable coverall constructed from Tyvek 400, a flash-spun high-density polyethylene nonwoven fabric manufactured exclusively by DuPont. Weighing 1.2 oz per square yard at a material thickness of 5.90, the garment delivers particle protection while maintaining breathability for extended wear. The zipper front closure includes a storm flap, and serged seams provide consistent structural integrity across the suit. Elastic cuffs and elastic ankles create a secure fit at the wrists and ankles to limit particle ingress. Each case contains 25 individually packaged coveralls in size 4X-Large with a 33.0-inch inseam.
This coverall is suited for trade and industrial environments where particle and limited-use protection is required. Primary applications include lead and asbestos abatement and remediation, spray painting operations, general maintenance and operations, and general clean-up tasks. The ISO Non-Cleanroom classification makes these appropriate for industrial job sites rather than controlled cleanroom environments. The 4X-Large sizing accommodates larger frames and those wearing additional PPE layers underneath, which is common in abatement and remediation work.
Designed for particle protection applications including lead and asbestos abatement and remediation, spray painting, general maintenance and operations, and general clean-up tasks. Rated ISO Non-Cleanroom class for standard industrial and trade job site use.
Coveralls should be donned before entering the work area and inspected for tears or defects prior to each use. Power down or de-energize equipment in the work zone as required by site safety protocols before suiting up for electrical or HVAC-adjacent tasks. Follow applicable OSHA and site-specific PPE procedures for doffing contaminated garments, particularly in lead and asbestos abatement scenarios. Dispose of used coveralls according to local regulations governing the specific contaminant involved.
