The DUPONT TM120SBUXL002500 is a flame-resistant disposable coverall constructed from DuPont ProShield 6 SFR fabric, a lightweight 2.4 oz nonwoven material engineered to protect and preserve primary flame-resistant garments worn underneath. The garment features a front zipper closure with stormflap, serged seams, and open cuffs and ankles for easy donning and doffing. It provides a barrier against non-hazardous particles and aerosols while not contributing to burn injury in the event of flash fire exposure. Available in size X-Large with a 29.5-inch inseam and finished in blue, this coverall is suited for industrial environments where worker safety and FR garment preservation are priorities.
This coverall is designed for use as a disposable overgarment in industrial and maintenance settings where workers require protection from non-hazardous particulates and aerosols alongside flame-retardant performance. Typical applications include petrochemical facilities, utility maintenance, welding support operations, and general industrial environments requiring FR-rated disposable protection. The Non-Cleanroom ISO classification makes it appropriate for standard industrial environments rather than controlled or sterile spaces. Sold in packs of 25, it is well suited for facility safety programs that maintain a supply of FR disposable outerwear for contractors and site personnel.
Designed as a disposable FR overgarment for use over primary flame-resistant clothing in non-cleanroom industrial environments classified as Non-Hazardous Protection per the supplier specification.
This garment is donned and removed by the end user and does not require tool-based installation. Safety personnel or site supervisors should ensure the coverall is worn over compliant primary FR garments and that the stormflap closure is fully secured before entering a work area. Inspect each coverall for tears or compromised seams before use and discard immediately after single use. Follow applicable site safety procedures and OSHA PPE requirements when selecting and distributing disposable FR outerwear.
