The DUPONT TD127SWB4X0025CM is a size 4X-Large disposable coverall designed for workers in abrasion-risk and particulate-exposure environments. Constructed with Tyvek 400 D fabric on the front and a softer, breathable backing material on the rear, this garment delivers a balance of protection and all-day wearability. The zipper closure provides a secure seal at entry, while serged seams, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankles reduce particle ingress at the extremities. Each order is packaged in a case of 25 coveralls. Material thickness is 5.90 units and fabric weight is 1.2 ounces per square yard. This garment meets an extensive set of ASTM and EN performance standards and is rated for non-hazardous particulate protection under applicable OSHA guidelines.
This coverall is suited for residential and light industrial applications where abrasion resistance and particulate control are required. Typical use cases include fiberglass and composite manufacturing, wind turbine assembly and service, boat construction and repair, environmental remediation, and general facility maintenance. The 4X-Large sizing accommodates a wide range of workers on jobsites where freedom of movement and coverage are both priorities. The white and blue colorway follows common site identification conventions across multiple trades. Disposable construction eliminates laundering and cross-contamination concerns between tasks or job locations.
Designed for use in fiberglass and composite manufacturing, wind turbine service, boat construction and repair, remediation, and general maintenance applications requiring non-hazardous particulate protection per OSHA 16 CFR 1610 and associated ASTM test standards.
Disposable coveralls are donned and doffed by the end user and do not require tool-based installation. Follow site safety officer or industrial hygienist guidance when selecting the appropriate garment class for the specific exposure hazard. Inspect each coverall for damage before use and discard any garment with torn seams or a compromised zipper. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with applicable local regulations for the type of material or contaminant encountered on site.
