The DUPONT TD125SWB4X0025CM is a size 4X-Large disposable coverall designed for trade and industrial environments where abrasion resistance, particulate protection, and worker comfort are required in the same garment. The front shell is constructed from Tyvek 400 D fabric, which delivers durability and protection against dry particulates and light liquid splash. The back panel uses a softer, more breathable laminate construction to reduce heat stress during extended wear. Closure is a front zipper, with elastic cuffs and elastic ankles for a secure fit. Seams are serged construction. Each case contains 25 individually packaged coveralls.
These coveralls are suited for fiberglass and composite manufacturing, wind turbine maintenance, boat construction and repair, environmental remediation, and general facility maintenance tasks. The combination of Tyvek 400 D on the front and the softer back panel makes this garment appropriate for jobs requiring workers to kneel, crouch, or move continuously without the stiffness of single-material suits. The ISO Non-Cleanroom classification means they are intended for standard industrial settings rather than controlled-environment or semiconductor applications. Installation and removal should follow site-specific donning and doffing procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
Designed for fiberglass and composite manufacturing, wind turbine service, boat construction and repair, remediation work, and general industrial maintenance applications per manufacturer application data. ISO Non-Cleanroom classification; not rated for cleanroom use.
Disposable coveralls should be donned before entering the work area and removed carefully at the boundary to avoid transferring contaminants. Always inspect the garment for tears or defects before use. Single-use construction means the garment should be discarded after each use in accordance with applicable site safety and waste disposal protocols. Consult OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132 personal protective equipment selection requirements when specifying garments for a given hazard level.
