The DUPONT QC127TYL4X000400 is a disposable full-body coverall constructed from Tychem 2000 fabric, designed for light chemical splash protection in demanding industrial environments. At 2.5 oz material weight and 10.00 mil thickness, the Tychem 2000 fabric provides at least 30 minutes of protection against more than 40 chemical challenges while keeping the garment lightweight enough for extended wear. The coverall features a storm flap closure, taped seams, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankles to reduce contamination pathways. Safety managers, industrial hygienists, and trained workers in chemical-handling roles are the primary users of this garment.
This coverall is suited for light splash protection across a range of industrial settings, including petroleum refining, pulp and paper manufacturing, food processing, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The 4X-Large sizing and 32.5-inch inseam accommodate larger-framed workers requiring full coverage. The yellow color supports visual identification in facility environments. The garment is packaged in quantities of four per pack, making it practical for stocking in safety supply rooms or job-site first-responder kits.
Designed for light splash protection applications in industrial environments including petroleum refining, pulp and paper manufacturing, food processing, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Part of the QC127TYL series.
Donning and doffing of chemical protective garments should follow the facility hazard assessment and applicable safety protocols. Power down or isolate chemical exposure sources before removing a contaminated garment. Inspect the coverall for tears, compromised seams, or closure defects before each use and discard any damaged unit. Disposal of used garments must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing chemically contaminated materials.
