The DUPONT IC181SWH5X002500 is a disposable full-body coverall designed for protection against non-hazardous liquid splash and particulate contamination. Constructed from Tyvek IsoClean material, which is produced through a patented flash-spinning process, the fabric delivers an inherent barrier to particles, microorganisms, and light liquid splash without relying on coatings or laminates that can wear away. At 1.22 oz per square yard, the material remains lightweight while meeting multiple ASTM and AATCC performance standards. Sold in a package of 25, these coveralls are sized at 5X-Large and are intended for use in industrial, manufacturing, and controlled-environment applications where disposable PPE is required.
These coveralls are suited for environments where liquid splash and particle exposure are primary hazards and ISO non-cleanroom classification is acceptable. Typical deployment includes general industrial facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing support areas, janitorial and remediation tasks, and light manufacturing environments. The elastic cuffs and elastic ankles create a close fit at the wrists and lower legs to reduce the chance of contaminants entering the garment at the extremities. The front zipper closure allows for fast donning and doffing, which is important when turnover of PPE is frequent.
Designed for use in ISO non-cleanroom industrial and light manufacturing environments where non-hazardous liquid splash and particulate protection is required. Intended for single-use disposable PPE programs in facilities following OSHA and ASTM-referenced protective apparel guidelines.
Coveralls should be donned in a clean staging area before entering the work zone to avoid contaminating the exterior during gowning. Inspect each garment for tears or compromised seams before use and discard any damaged units. These garments are rated for non-hazardous protection only and must not be used in applications involving hazardous chemicals, flammable environments, or OSHA-regulated hazardous material exposures. Doffing should follow site decontamination protocols to prevent secondary contamination.
