The DUPONT C3185TTNXL000600 is an X-Large disposable coverall constructed from Tychem 5000 fabric, a multi-layer film barrier laminated to a 2.0 oz/yd2 polypropylene substrate. This garment provides protection against liquid splash, chemical exposure, and flame hazards. The fabric weighs 4.4 oz and is engineered for rigorous, physically demanding tasks in hazardous environments. Taped seams reduce potential breach points at stitching lines. The elastic cuff design helps seal the sleeve at the wrist, and the attached sock provides coverage at the ankle. Closure is secured with a hook and loop fastener. Licensed HVAC, industrial, and hazmat technicians working in chemical or flame-risk environments are the primary installers and end users of this garment.
This coverall is designed for use across a wide range of demanding applications including chemical handling, petrochemical operations, hazardous materials and waste cleanup, fire department response, industrial hazmat team deployments, utility work, and domestic preparedness operations. The tan color and non-cleanroom ISO class designation make it appropriate for field and industrial environments rather than controlled cleanroom settings. The inseam length is 29.5 inches, suited for X-Large sizing. Sold in packages of 6 units per order.
Designed as an OEM-style disposable protective coverall in the Tychem 5000 series, suited for industrial, chemical, and hazmat applications requiring flame and liquid splash protection in non-cleanroom environments.
This garment is donned and doffed by trained industrial hygienists, hazmat technicians, or other qualified personnel following site-specific PPE protocols. Always inspect the garment for tears, punctures, or compromised seams before entry into a hazardous environment. Follow applicable OSHA and site safety officer guidelines for PPE selection, donning sequence, and decontamination procedures. Dispose of used garments according to local regulations governing hazardous waste.
