The DUPONT C3125TTNXL000600 is a disposable Tychem 5000 coverall designed for workers who require reliable protection against chemical splashes and bloodborne pathogen exposure. Built in size X-Large with a 4.4 oz material weight and 18.0 mil material thickness, this coverall features taped seams that are heat-sealed with a compatible chemical-resistant strip over each sewn seam, delivering strong resistance against heavy liquid splashes. A laydown collar, storm flap-covered zipper, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankles provide a secure fit that minimizes exposure points during chemical handling and hazardous materials work. This garment is installed and donned by industrial safety personnel, hazmat teams, utility workers, and fire department responders.
This coverall is suited for environments where chemical splash hazards are present, including chemical handling operations, petro-chemical facilities, hazardous materials and waste clean-up sites, fire department and industrial hazmat team responses, utility operations, and domestic preparedness scenarios. The tan coloration and taped seam construction make it a common choice for single-use applications where post-exposure disposal is required. Package quantity is 6 coveralls per order.
Designed as a single-use disposable coverall for chemical splash and bloodborne pathogen protection applications in industrial, hazmat, utility, and emergency response environments. Part of the DUPONT C3125TTN series.
Donning and doffing of chemical protective coveralls should follow site-specific PPE procedures and applicable OSHA guidelines. Always inspect the garment for tears, compromised seams, or zipper defects before entering a hazardous area. A second person should assist with donning to ensure the storm flap is fully closed and seams are properly aligned. Dispose of the coverall according to local regulations for chemically contaminated PPE after use.
